Provision of cleaning, sanitary and fumigation services for Kisii County Assembly, under a two-year framework agreement. Requirements

• AGPO-PWDS certificate; tax compliance certificate (KRA)
• Complete and submit: Price Schedule, Form of Tender
• Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; self-declarations not debarred and not engaging in corrupt practices
• Tender Security Declaration (or Tender Security as applicable)
• OSHA certificate; salary schedules and labour-law compliance
• Evidence of 3 contracts in last 3 years with average monthly invoice value; pre-tender site visit certificate
• Current Work Injury Benefit Insurance (WIBA) and SHA/NSSF compliance
• Attendance at pre-tender site visit (certificate to be attached)
• Additional labour/ethical declarations as specified in the tender documents (e.g., ethics, labour laws) (TDS/MRs from TDS appendices)

How to Apply
