Overview

Procurement of cleaning services for the Treasury Building, Bima House, Herufi House, Re – Insurance Plaza, National Bank Building and Jubilee Insurance Building. Open Tender open to firms registered with AGPO (Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities). Contract duration is 3 years from handover.

Requirements

• Eligibility to tender as a firm or JV, with requisite representations and no conflicts of interest.
• AGPO registration and eligibility for Youth/Women/PWD groups.
• Key documents to submit: County Government Single Business Permit; Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; Valid Tax Compliance Certificate; Valid NSSF Compliance Certificate; Valid SHA Compliance Certificate; Copy of valid Certificate of Good Conduct for key staff.
• Tender Security: Bid Securing Declaration Form (no cash/bond required unless specified).
• Site visit before bidding; questions due by the deadline in the TDS, with clarifications published.
• For foreign bidders: at least 40% of inputs must be sourced from Kenyan suppliers (with evidence).
• Language: English; tender to be serialized and submitted in the required forms.
