Requirements

• Member of the National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA/BEECA/equivalent) with valid certificate
• COID letter of good standing (valid)
• Demonstrated GMP-regulated pharmaceutical experience; min 2 reference letters (not older than 5 years)
• Proof of public liability insurance (min R500,000) or insurer letter of intent
• UIF Compliance Certificate or UIF letter from Department of Labour
• SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure, CSD registration with tax-compliant report, and SBD1 for foreign entities
• OBP E-Procurement portal registration; online submissions with all attachments
• Prices VAT exclusive; bids on company letterhead PDF; no email submissions
• Preference points system (80/20 or 90/10) with BBBEE requirements (specific goals) and related documentation
• Insurance coverage for staff and equipment; compliance with OHS and labour regulations
• Cleaning staff to be GMP-trained; supervisor must oversee service quality and attendance
