Overview

Provision of Cleaning Services to Bungoma County Government – Open National Tender inviting qualified cleaning and facilities-management providers to deliver cleaning services across Bungoma County facilities. Bidders should have cleaning/housekeeping or facilities-management capability, and be eligible under Kenya procurement rules (including AGPO WOMEN registration where applicable).

Requirements

• AGPO – WOMEN registration eligibility; open to firms registered with AGPO.
• Kenyan nationality and not debarred; comply with anti-corruption and competition rules.
• Documentary evidence of eligibility and qualifications (as per Section III): including tax compliance, business registration/incorporation, and relevant certificates.
• Required documents with tender: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, tender security or Tender Securing Declaration, authorization (Power of Attorney), and, if applicable, Joint Venture Agreement.
• Specific documents to attach with Tender: Single Business Permit, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, Valid SHA Compliance Certificate.
• Site visit and pre-bid/briefing procedures: attend if required; site visit evidence may be necessary.
• Tender submission: no electronic submission allowed; bids delivered in hard copy; pages serialized; no more than one tender per firm (or JV).
• Contract duration: 2 years; price adjustments not permitted unless specified in contract terms.

• Prepare and submit: complete Form of Tender and priced Activity Schedule; submit a Tender Securing Declaration (Tender Security not required as a separate security).
