Overview

RFQ LD 887: Provision of compilation, recording and upkeep of Ushaka Marine World in-house radio system – re-advert. Open to service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal with capabilities in radio/audio production, licensing (RISA, CAPASSO) and system integration. This is a 12-month contract, including 72-hour playlist turnaround, regular music/ad updates, remote updates, and studio time for in-house ads (at least 2 recordings per month) (ld-887.pdf).

Requirements

• Must be registered on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; provide latest CSD report.
• Tax compliance: provide tax clearance or SARS PIN/TCS where applicable.
• Complete and submit mandatory MBD forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 (on official forms; company letterhead).
• Possess RISA and CAPASSO licenses for music provision.
• All hardware/software to patch into the existing system; Ushaka-approved music/adverts; 72-hour playlist provisioning; regular updates; remote update capability.
• Studio time for in-house ad recordings: at least 2 recordings per month at no extra cost (included in quotation).
• 12-month contract term.
• Non-mandatory: BBBEE certificate (consortium/JV/trust), SARS TCS PIN, consortium/joint venture agreements.
