Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance to ITA/PPRA rules, including anti-corruption and non-collusion.
• Must submit English prequalification documents; complete all forms listed in Section IV.
• Mandatory documents (Non-Consulting Services):
  • Copy of registration/incorporation
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA) or exemption
  • Copy of CR12 for sole proprietors/partnerships
  • Valid Single Business Permit
  • Tender Securing Declaration
  • Self-declarations that you are not debarred (SD1) and will not engage in corrupt practices (SD2)
  • Form of Tender, Confidential Business Questionnaire
  • Price Schedule, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination
  • Sequential pagination on all pages; disclosure of ownership/control if requested
  • Commitment re excess protector and Political Violence and Terrorism (PVT) letter
  • Other proofs as specified (IRA registration, etc.)
• Additional eligibility checks: PPRA debarment status, tax obligations, potential conflicts of interest, and any specified JV/subcontractor rules.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 29 June 2026, 10:00 local time. Late applications will be rejected (or returned unopened if expressly stated) (TDS/ITA references).
• Submission method: sealed envelopes submitted by post, courier, or hand-delivery to the County Commissioner Bungoma; no electronic submission option (per ITA 17.1; ITA 18–20).

  • Application Submission Letter and all Forms (ELI, FIN, EXP, etc.), Form of Tender, Confidential Business Questionnaire, SD1/SD2, price schedule, and any other documents required in the PDS.
