Overview

Provision of conference facilities under a framework arrangement for FY 2026-2028 to support Sigor Sub County Hospital's meetings and events. Open to eligible bidders capable of providing conference venue services, related AV/equipment, and supporting facilities as part of a framework with the County Government of Bomet.

Requirements

• Eligibility: bidders must meet PPADA requirements, be eligible, and not be debarred; JV is allowed with up to 3 members; each JV member is jointly and severally liable.
• Conflicts of interest: tenderers must declare and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers (evidence required).
• Tax compliance: Kenyan tenderers must provide a valid tax compliance certificate.
• Tender security: not required for this tender.
• Clarifications: questions may be submitted in writing up to 7 days before the closing date; responses will be shared with all bidders.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from Sigor Sub County Hospital Procurement Office (address in Tender Notice). (Tender document - Provision of conference facilities)
• Submit a sealed tender to the Tender Box at Sigor Hospital Procurement Office by Tuesday 18 August 2026 at 12:00 noon (addressed to Medical Superintendent).
• Include: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Joint Venture documents if applicable, eligibility and qualification evidence, and any other documents listed in the Tendering Forms.
• Site visit: encouraged at the bidder’s risk; details to be confirmed in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Pre-tender/clarification: if a pre-tender meeting is stated in the TDS, attend; otherwise rely on written clarifications per ITT timelines.
