PROVISION OF CONFERENCE FACILITY FOR FACILITATION OF NAIROBI COUNTY TEAMS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE KENYA MUSIC AND CULTURAL FESTIVAL IN NAKURU COUNTY

Overview

Provision of conference facility for facilitation of Nairobi County teams to participate in the Kenya Music and Cultural Festival in Nakuru County. The Nairobi City County Government invites open tenders for Non-Consulting Services to provide venue space and related facilities for a conference; open to all eligible suppliers under Kenyan public procurement rules.

Requirements

• Open to all eligible Tenderers per Instructions to Tenderers; compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 (declarations on corruption/eligibility).
• Tender must include a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination and a Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration.
• Evidence of eligibility and qualifications as required by the tender documents; conformity to the tendering specifications.
• Tax compliance (where applicable) and other statutory prerequisites.
• JV rules apply if a joint venture is tendering; pages must be serialized and signed; site visits and pre-tender clarifications may be required as per the tender datasheet.
