Overview

Provision of Conference Services Under a Framework Agreement for Kericho County Government. Open National tender for a three-year, non-consulting services framework to provide conference management, venue coordination, catering, AV, registrations and related services. Target bidders are conference/event management firms with Kenya-based delivery capability and compliance with local content rules (foreign bidders must meet local input requirements; tax/compliance rules apply).

Requirements

• Open national, 3-year framework; non-consulting services.
• Eligible bidders per ITT: avoid conflicts of interest; JV rules apply; tax and environmental requirements; foreign bidders must meet local content provisions.
• Tax compliance: valid tax compliance certificate for Kenyan bidders.
• Pricing in Kenya Shillings; tender valid for 119 days; supervision and transparency provisions apply.
• Tender security: not required (per TDS), but ensure submission of Form of Tender and required certificates; JV documents if applicable.
• Local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender-Securing Declaration (if required by TDS), JV agreement or Form of Intent, eligibility and qualification evidence, and ownership/control disclosures per Section III.
