PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR MARKETING AGENCY

Overview

Provision of consultancy services for a Marketing Agency to develop and implement Integrated Marketing Communications for ESCOM Malawi’s Optical Fibre Communications (OFC) directive. Bidders should be eligible marketing agencies with proven IMC experience across digital and traditional channels and meet QCBS requirements, with CVs and documentary evidence (certificate of incorporation, valid PPDA registration, valid MRA Tax Clearance).

Requirements

• Proven experience in Integrated Marketing Communications across digital and traditional channels
• Experience developing strong, memorable brand names/identities; branding for FTTx products/services
• Prior telecoms industry (B2B and B2C) work, with case studies and client references
• Qualified key personnel with CVs and documentary evidence of eligibility (certificate of incorporation, valid PPDA registration, valid MRA Tax Clearance)
• QCBS: minimum technical score 75 points; overall weighting 80% technical, 20% financial
• RFP procedures under National Competitive Bidding; terms detailed in the RFP document
