Overview

The County Government of Lamu invites proposals for consultancy services for the preparation of a supplementary valuation roll – Lamu Port and part of Mokowe Town, Lamu County. Open to eligible Kenyan consultants; joint ventures up to two members; full compliance with ITC, PPRA rules, and local tax/legal requirements; electronic submission via the IFMIS portal. Requirements

• Certificate of business/registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KENYA)
• Valid Single Business Permit (2026)
• PIN certificate
• CR12 or National IDs for sole proprietorship/partnership
• Tender Security: KSh 70,000 (IFMIS format)
• Registration with Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK)
• Valid ISK practicing license
• Membership in good standing of Valuers Registration Board (VRB)
• Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination
• SD1 and SD2 self-declarations (not debarred; no corrupt practices)
• Power of Attorney authorizing signing
• Sworn affidavits on corruption/litigation history
• JV: duly executed joint venture agreement (if applicable)
