Overview

Procurement of consultancy services to develop a Knowledge Management Framework. Kenya Development Corporation invites proposals to develop a KM framework (RFP/KDC/010/2026-2027) using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). The assignment is open to consulting firms with KM, information governance or knowledge management framework experience. Submission is via sealed envelopes to Uchumi House, 17th Floor, Nairobi, with a deadline of 7 August 2026 at 10:00 EAT; no pre-proposal conference is planned (Tender Document).

Requirements

• Experience in developing knowledge management frameworks and related deliverables.
• Key Experts with CVs and evidence of qualifications; Non‑Key Experts appended as required.
• Valid tax compliance certificate (Kenya) or tax exemption where applicable.
• Consultant and sub-contractors must not be debarred by PPRA and must meet eligibility and integrity criteria.
• No conflicts of interest; JV arrangements must follow the RFP rules (e.g., lead member for any JV).
• Submission of a single proposal per consultant or JV; adherence to proposal validity and other ITC requirements.
