Overview

Provision of Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk Management Services to the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Suitable bidders are those with proven governance, compliance and risk-management expertise, registered and able to meet CTICC’s evaluation framework (80/20: 80 price, 15 B-BBEE status, 5 locality) and a minimum functionality score of 70; registration on CTICC or CSD is required to be responsive.

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score of 70 to qualify.
• Be registered on the CTICC Database or Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication (or register before adjudication to be responsive).
• Submit a sealed original bid in the specified envelope; late or electronic submissions are not accepted.
• Adhere to CTICC bidding terms, including locality and B-BBEE scoring (5 locality points, 15 for B-BBEE status; 80 for price).
• Complete and submit documents in accordance with the tender terms; bid documents may be requested electronically or purchased.
