Overview

The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited invites bids for the Provision of a Data Loss Prevention Tool. It is a open, competitive tender for non-consulting services to supply and implement a DLP tool at the Nairobi head office. Eligible Tenderers must be capable of delivering the Services in Kenya, with bids conducted in Kenya Shillings. Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 (anti-corruption declarations) and a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility and qualification criteria including: no conflicts of interest, and compliance with debarment rules; JV rules if applicable; nationality and local-content requirements (foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs locally).
• Tax compliance: evidence of tax obligations for Kenyan bidders.
• Tender contents and conformity: submit Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration (as specified), JV documents if applicable, authorization of signatory, and documentary evidence of qualifications, eligibility, and conformity to the tender documents.
• Conformity with Section VII (Procuring Entity’s Requirements) and ability to meet the technical specifications.

• Submission deadline: 29 September 2026, 10:00, in hard copy only (no electronic submission) (RFP).
• Submission method: sealed, single outer envelope containing separate sealed sub-envelopes for ORIGINAL and COPIES; additional envelopes if alternatives are permitted (RFP).
• Documents to submit: as per ITT 13.1, including Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, Tender Security or Declaration (if required), Joint Venture documents (if applicable), authorization, qualifications, eligibility, conformity, and any other documents required by Section IV.
• Pre-bid / Clarifications: questions due by 9 September 2026; responses published on the website www.kenyare.co.ke.
