PROVISION OF DÉCOR FOR RESEARCH AND INNOVATION.Closed

Procurement of décor and related sound-venue services for University of Fort Hare events, including items for the Queer Indaba, as part of RFQ 0100.SM/2026. UFH seeks quotes from suitably qualified decor and events service providers to furnish décor and associated sound and venue elements per the SARChI Queer Indaba specification. See attached specification (SARChl-Specification-of-Deco-Sound-System-Queer-Indaba.pdf) for detailed items such as draping, chair covers, tables, couches, coffee tables and audio needs.

Requirements

• BBBEE compliance; original tax clearance certificate.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Full response aligned to the specifications; include required SBD forms and pricing documentation.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price vs. preference points with a potential 20 points for specific goals; attach CSD summary report.
• No late quotes; quotes to be submitted on company letterhead.
