PROVISION OF DECORATION SERVICES FOR THE AFRICAN CUSTOMARY LAW LAUNCH

Overview

Provision of decoration services for the African Customary Law Launch at the University of Fort Hare. Suitable bidders are event/decor service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database, with a current tax clearance, and compliant with UFH SCM policies and governance. Scope (see attached specification RFQ059NM2026.-Speification.pdf): setup, stage draping, 150 Tiffany chairs, 15 round tablecloths, 150 glass underplates, 150 silver spoons/knives/forks, 150 cotton napkins, 15 centrepieces, 15 table numbers, at Miriam Makeba venue on 17 November 2026. Procurement uses a 100-point price-based evaluation (no specific goals). Submissions are via electronic format (see How to Apply).

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database.
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate and other standard bidding documents as specified in the RFQ.
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies and related governance rules (GBV, ethics, anti-fraud, etc.).
• Capacity to deliver decoration services per attached specification (RFQ059NM2026.-Speification.pdf).
• Compulsory adherence to bid conditions (e.g., no late quotes, official UFH order for award).
