Overview

Procurement of Design, General and Specialised Printing Services for the CCMA for 36 months. The CCMA seeks a service provider with design, layout, editing, proofreading and printing capability to supply a wide range of publications and non-paper materials across CCMA departments (G&S, SJ&TA, including DP&WO) over nine provinces. The awarded bidder will enter a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and must comply with CCMA branding, confidentiality and copyright protections.

Requirements

• Compulsory virtual briefing session: 16 September 2026, 10:00; attendance mandatory (link provided).
• Submission: 2 hard copies + 1 electronic copy (PDF) in a sealed envelope to CCMA National Office by 28 September 2026, 11:00; include cover page with RFP reference.
• Documents to submit (if attached): certified Company Registration, Identity Documents, latest CSD report, BBBEE Certificate, valid Tax Clearance with PIN, POPIA consent, and all SBD annexures (SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 7.2) plus CCMA standard conditions.
• Registrations and pre-qualifications: CSD registration; tax compliance; proof of disability (if applicable); consortium/JV documents if applicable.
• Pricing and scope: VAT-inclusive pricing; Year 1 fixed; Year 2 and 3 fixed with bidder-proposed annual escalation; detailed pricing schedule (Tables 1–2) required.
• Evaluation: two-stage process (functional then price); minimum 55/70 for Phase 1 to proceed; emphasis on track record, project plan, HR capability and financial capacity.
• Delivery and performance: monthly SLA with delivery timelines (paper-based 5 days, Braille 20 days, other 10 days); invoicing within 7 days of delivery; penalties for non-compliance; no outsourcing of services.
