PROVISION OF DESTACKING AND REWORK SERVICES FOR A MONTH AT TIMBADOLA SAW MILLClosed

Overview

Procurement of destacking and rework services for one month at Timbadola Saw Mill. SAFCOL invites service providers with sawmilling/forestry experience to supply labour for destacking and rework, plus transport, and to manage their own IR, safety, and daily timesheets. The work location is Timbadola Saw Mill; two shifts per day, five days per week, with potential overtime.

Requirements

• Complete RFQ document on company letterhead; submit via email to RFQNorth@safcol.co.za (RFQ TIM 269).
• Fully complete SBD forms; provide latest tax clearance and CSD registration; BBBEE SANAS certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; IDs for company directors.
• Demonstrate at least 12 months’ relevant experience in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture with reference letters.
• Provide COID/Workmen’s Compensation status; Letter of Good Standing; supply PPE to all staff; manage safety per Komatiland SAFCOL standards.
• Labour management: provide transport for labour; accommodation; daily timesheets; induction and safety training before deployment.
• Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; maintain IR/discipline; JV bidders must provide consolidated B-BBEE documentation.
• Disqualification risk for non-compliance tax status, false information, restricted suppliers, or not quoting to specification.
