Overview

Provision of diesel for the generator - regular diesel refueling, to be delivered over a 24-month contract term. The RFQ, issued by Postbank SOC, targets qualified fuel suppliers with diesel distribution/transport capability to service a standby Volvo generator at Freepen Building, Bloemfontein. Bidders should be able to provide high-quality 10 ppm diesel, with proper reporting and on-site deliveries as required (RFQ 24/2026 Refuelling of the generator.pdf).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in diesel distribution.
• Valid business registration (CIPC).
• Company profile with at least three reference letters for similar contracts.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Compliance with tax obligations.
• Complete and sign all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and Annexures; follow National Treasury General Conditions.
• Submit a full cost breakdown (VAT inclusive) and a priced schedule (Annex D).
• Adhere to delivery and reporting responsibilities (top-ups before maintenance, on-demand deliveries, fuel usage reports).
