PROVISION OF DIGITAL MEDIA SERVICES INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, WEBSITE AND INTRANET FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARSClosed

Overview

Procurement of Digital Media Services including Social Media Management, Website and Intranet for SANRAL for a 3-year term. Bidders with expertise in digital and social media strategy, content production, website/intranet design, analytics, and governance are invited, with a mandatory sub-contracting target to Targeted Enterprises.

Requirements

• Sub-contract at least 30% to Targeted Enterprises over the contract, with monthly sub-contractor spend reports and performance monitoring.
• Provide evidence of capability: list and reports of relevant social media campaigns (last 7 years) plus client testimonials; qualified staff for key roles (Senior Strategist, Senior Account Director, Senior Creative Director, Senior Social Media Manager) with certified qualifications (NQF levels).
• Demonstrate intranet and website design, content strategy, analytics, prototyping portfolios (last 7 years).
• Compliance: Tax compliance status (SARS PIN/CSD as applicable), registration on the Central Supplier Database, and other statutory requirements; security clearance may be required for personnel.
• Ownership and confidentiality: SANRAL retains ownership of accounts and data; strict confidentiality and control of SANRAL’s pages.

• Submission method: sealed bid in SANRAL’s tender box at Central Operations Centre, 36 Assegai Wood Road, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion; one original, one hard copy, and an electronic copy on a memory stick.
• Documents to submit: SBD1 form and the full SBD/returnable document set (A2–A20 series) plus the Pricing Schedule; ensure all required forms and disclosures are included. (attached doc)
• Pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CSD registration; where applicable, JV/consortium arrangements with JV confirmation; CIDB not applicable.
