Overview

Provision of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion intervention programme for SARAO and SKAO employees over three years. The NRF/SARAO seeks a service provider to design and implement an in-person DEI programme across SARAO and SKAO at three sites (Cape Town, Carnarvon, HartRAO), in Planning, Diagnostic, Implementation and Review & Sustainability phases, targeting leaders and staff across diverse locations and languages. The bidder should have proven DEI training delivery experience, capability to deliver multi-site in-person sessions, and to establish an internal DEI Champions framework (as part of sustainable outcomes). Requirements

• Demonstrated DEI training delivery experience in the last 10 years with client references; provide Schedule A/B and three or more reference letters. (Tender Document - Final.pdf)
• Submit a project team organogram with a named lead facilitator and supporting facilitators; provide detailed CVs including qualifications and languages. (Tender Document - Final.pdf)
