PROVISION OF DUE DILIGENCE SERVICES TO THE CAPE TOWN STADIUM

Overview

Provision of Due Diligence Services to the Cape Town Stadium. CTS invites suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals for due diligence services related to the Cape Town Stadium project, targeting bidders with financial, risk, and compliance assessment capabilities.

Requirements

• Use the official CTS Tender documentation; physical documents cost R200 (cash) and can be collected from the supply chain office or requested electronically at no charge.
• Submit completed tender documents in a sealed A4 envelope clearly marked with the Tender number, description, and bidder’s name; deposit in Tender Box 1, Level 01, Foyer C reception, DHL Stadium, Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Green Point.
• Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
• CTS may reject incomplete or non-compliant tenders and may accept the tender in whole or part.
• Evaluation: price and preference with an 80/20 split; preference criteria include Race, Gender, Skills Development, and SMME status. All offers are opened in public; bidders must comply with applicable laws.
• CIDB grading: N/A.
