Overview

Provision of employee wellness and medical surveillance services for a period of three (3) years. The tender targets occupational health service providers with the capacity to deliver integrated employee wellness and medical surveillance programs for a municipal client (Lesedi Local Municipality).

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver employee wellness and medical surveillance services for a three-year term.
• Bidders must score at least 70 points for functionality to proceed to price and specific goals evaluation.
• Preference will be allocated under an 80/20 system: 80 points for Price, 20 points for Specific goals; bidders should be able to demonstrate meaningful empowerment credentials.
• Must be in good standing with tax authorities; SARS tax clearance and no municipal rates/service charges arrears.
• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Proposals must be comprehensive and properly endorsed; pencil bids are invalid; no emailed or faxed submissions.

• Submission deadline: 16 October 2026 at 12:00; bids must be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and placed in the specified tender box.
• Submission method: sealed envelope delivered to the Supply Chain Department, Municipal Building, Second floor, c/o Du Preez and HF Verwoerd Street, Heidelberg; tender box open 07:30–15:00, Monday–Friday.

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: register on the CSD; ensure SARS tax clearance; no arrears in municipal rates or service charges.
