Overview

Provision of event management and tentage services under a two-year framework contract for Bungoma County. The procurement is an OPEN national exercise for a framework contract; bids are invited by Bungoma County Government (Supply Chain Management Office). Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; not debarred; no conflicts of interest.
• Joint ventures: if a JV bids, all members are jointly and severally liable; submit a Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent.
• Qualifications: meet all criteria in Section III; provide Tax Clearance and, if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization; ensure eligibility of goods and related services.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, and all other documents listed in ITT 10 and ITT 16.
• Financial: prices must be quoted in Kenya Shillings, fixed for contract execution; prices for each lot must be itemized.
• Other: goods/services must originate from eligible countries; environmental and statutory compliance as specified.
