Provision of Exhibition Pavilion at AAD 2026Closed

Overview

SANSA seeks an exhibition stand builder/exhibition development partner to create the Space pavilion for AAD 2026, furnish a chalet and appoint a caterer for Africa Aerospace and Defence 2026. The event runs 16-20 Sept 2026 at Waterkloof Airforce Base. Target bidders: experienced exhibition/development firms capable of stand construction, pavilion design, chalet fit-out and catering coordination. This is an Open-Tender with online submission and a mandatory briefing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in exhibition stand/pavilion development, chalet furnishing and event catering (AAD context).
• Submit bids online via the eTender portal; no physical bids (see Bid Document - AAD stand builder.pdf).
• Mandatory online briefing on 04 Sep 2026 (Teams) and attendance is part of eligibility (see document).
• Compliance with POPIA; contact and processing info provided in the POPIA section (Bid Document - AAD stand builder.pdf).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS or CSD registration; separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures or sub-contractors (see SBD forms).
• Returnable documents: complete and submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6, SBD 7, Pricing Schedule, and Form of Offer and Acceptance; include CSD summary and proof of signatory authority (see Bid Document - AAD stand builder.pdf).
• Specific goals for preferential points (80/20 system): 51% black-owned (10 pts), 40% black women-owned (6 pts), 51% black youth (4 pts) – provide supporting documentation if claimed (Table 1 in SBD 6.1).
