Overview

Procurement of executive FINANCE coaching and mentorship services for PPECB, delivered as 8 one-hour sessions (online and in-person options). Bidders should be coaches with a proven strategic Finance Management background, coaching certifications, and executive-level Financial Manager experience (public sector experience earns extra points). In-person sessions will be at PPECB Head Office, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town; online options are also required. Submission deadline is 02 October 2026 at 11:00. Requirements

• 8 coaching sessions, 1 hour each; cadence bi-weekly or monthly as agreed.
• Start by Oct/Nov 2026 and finish within 12 months.
• Proposal of coaching process and timeline.
• Proof of coaching certification (preference points).
• Proof of executive-level Financial Manager experience (public sector preference).
• Resume.
• 3 written testimonials from Finance Executive coaching/mentorship.
• Pricing for online sessions and estimate of in-person sessions (PPECB Head Office, CT).
• Detailed cost breakdown (including assessments) and a high-level close-out report.
• Stage 2: Written confirmation of start by 1 April 2026 and finish by June 2027.
• Stage 2: Confirmation of delivering 8 sessions of 1 hour at two-weekly or monthly intervals.
• POPIA/confidentiality compliance and data transfer processes.
• Compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, valid Tax Clearance PIN, B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, SBD6.1, CSD registration.
• CSD registration required; ensure Master Registration Number is included.

• Closing date/time: 02 October 2026 at 11:00. Bids submitted late are not considered; PPECB may extend the closing date.
• Documents to submit (at minimum): SBD1, SBD4, Tax Clearance PIN, B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD6.1, CSD registration proof.
• Registration: Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the Master Registration Number.
• Briefing: briefing details at Silwerboom Avenue, Plattekloof, Plattekloof, 7500 (venue noted in metadata).
• Other: complete declaration of interests, consent to process personal data, and acknowledgement of RFQ terms; sign the purchase/contract terms if awarded.
