Provision of financial advisory, annual financial statements preparation and audit support for a period of 36 months. This is a municipal financial services engagement; suitable for professional accounting/auditing firms with experience in GRAP and IFRS and the ability to provide end-to-end advisory, statements preparation and audit support.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Full completion and correctness of information when responding to MBD 4 and all other required declarations; declarations may be validated via CSD.
• Evaluation uses 80/20: 80% price, 20% specific goals (Race, Gender, Locality, Youth; 5 points each) in line with policy.
• Capacity to deliver 36 months of services and comply with municipal procurement rules.
• Non-refundable tender document deposit of R500; payment at cashier or via EFT as specified in tender documents.
