Overview

Provision of First Aid Training 2026/2027 for the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development. The 2-day program is to be delivered in multiple clusters across KwaZulu-Natal (Northern, Midlands, Ethekwini, Southern and the Provincial Office) for a total of 153 participants. Bidders should have proven capability to deliver government-first-aid training at scale, with relevant training credentials and public-sector delivery experience. Requirements

• Register on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide CSD number; tax and SARS compliance required (PIN or TCS as applicable).
• Submit on the official forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and SBD 7 where applicable). Ensure 90-day bid validity from closing date.
• Provide Tax Compliance / BBBEE documentation (BBBEE Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Demonstrate capacity to train across six groups in five clusters (Northern, Midlands, Ethekwini, Southern, Provincial Office) with specified attendee counts and venues to be confirmed.
• Abide by general GCC/SCC conditions, including contract terms, delivery, and performance obligations.
• Briefing/site inspection: not applicable; electronic attendance via MS Teams form if required. (see attached documents)
