• Declarations: Municipal Fees, Interest (MBD 4), Procurement Above R10 Million (MBD 5), Preference Points (MBD 6.1), Past SCM Practices (MBD 8), Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
• Official Tender Form and Authority of Signatory
• Ability to demonstrate key staff requirements and JV arrangements if applicable
• Tender validity: 120 days (with potential extension as stated)

How to Apply
