Overview

Procurement of fumigation/pest control and removal of bees at Engcobo & Intsika Yethu Sub District, Chris Hani Health District. Bidders should be professional pest control providers with a valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) certificate, registered with the Department of Agriculture (including bee removal where applicable), and capable of supplying SDS for all chemicals. Requirements

• Valid PCO certificate and Department of Agriculture bee-credentials where handling bees.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Tax Compliance (PIN) with SARS; provide CSD and/or TCS as applicable.
• Pricing details must be submitted on the provided Schedule C (pricing inclusive of VAT); attach full Pricing Schedule.
• Bidders must be registered on LOGIS with active banking details; provide proof of banking.
• Submit all Part 5 forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Schedule C, F, G, H, I, J) and any required annexures; complete Annexes if forms lack space.
• Provide proof of financial capacity (bank letter or audited statements not older than 3 months).
• Provide proof of CSD registration and ensure bid commodities appear on CSD.
• Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all pesticides/chemicals; comply with relevant health and safety procedures.
• Contracting requires a Service Level Agreement; performance measured via reports, user surveys, and audits.
• Special condition: bee removal aims to relocate rather than destroy colonies where possible.
