Overview

Provision and delivery of office furniture for postgraduate studies at the University of Fort Hare (Alice and East London campuses). Bidders should be experienced office furniture suppliers able to supply and deliver desks, chairs, storage, panels and related items per the attached Furniture Specification.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE status with certificate or sworn affidavit and adherence to the 80/20 or 90/10 preference rule
• Compliance with RFQ conditions and submission of required bid documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, SBD 8, SBD 9) and a Pricing Schedule
• Price validity period (90 days)
• Ability to supply and deliver per Furniture Specification to UFH campuses (Alice & East London)
