Overview

Provision of Furniture Removal for the PPECB Centurion Office is a Request for Quotation to appoint a panel of preferred service providers to dismantle, relocate, wrap, and reassemble office furniture and equipment at the PPECB Centurion office for 12 months, with an option to extend by six months. Requirements

• Availability to schedule appointments within 2 days of request.
• Insurance against damages/losses to PPECB equipment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar moves; 3+ verifiable references.
• Proof of sufficient personnel and resources/fleet; detailed packaging capabilities.
• No outsourcing to another service provider (no subcontracting).
• Compliance documents: CSD registration, Tax Compliance Status (PIN), SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and B-BBEE certificate or affidavit.
