Procurement of garbage collection, transportation and disposal services within Bungoma Municipality. Open to Bungoma County residents/service providers; 3-year contract with possible 1-year renewal; AGPO Women category encouraged.

Requirements

• Company registration and CR12 documentation; directors’ IDs.
• Tax obligations: KRA PIN/VAT certificate and valid tax compliance.
• Current valid license for garbage collection for each vehicle, issued within Bungoma County; NEMA license.
• Access to Government Opportunities (AGPO) certificate for Women category.
• SHIF and NSSF registrations; current Bungoma County business permit.
• Confidential Business Questionnaire; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; Form SD1/SD2.
• Properly completed Form of Tender, serialized tender documents, and Bill of Quantities.
• Minimum technical capacity: relevant personnel, fleet, tools/equipment, and safety/uniforms as per evaluation criteria.
• Minimum financial capacity: bank capacity/credit line and audited financials as applicable.
• Site visit (encouraged) and a Site Visit Certificate (if conducted).

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: AGPO Women category; tax compliance; KRA PIN/VAT; SHIF and NSSF; current Bungoma business permit (see TENDER DOCUMENT).

• Site access: visit the sites at own cost; Site Visit Certificate may be issued (see Section I).
