Provision of garbage collection, transportation and disposal services within Kimilili Municipality, Bungoma County, for a 3-year contract with a possible 12-month renewal. Requirements

• Evidence of company incorporation/registration; KRA PIN/VAT; valid tax clearance; CR12 for a limited company; directors’ IDs.
• Current licenses for garbage collection vehicles (NEMA license where required) from Bungoma County jurisdiction.
• Tender Security: KSh 500,000, valid 120 days; from a bank/insurance approved by PPRA/Central Bank of Kenya.
• Registration with SHIF and NSSF; current Bungoma County business permit.
• Confidential Business Questionnaire; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; Form of Tender; SD1, SD2; Beneficial Ownership disclosure; serialized tender documents; Bills of Quantities.
• Minimum technical pass: 70/100 (Stage 2); weights for evaluation emphasize Work Plan/Equipment (55), Financial Capability (20), etc.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 9 September 2026 at 11:00 Local Time (late tenders rejected). Submit online via the IFMIS Supplier Portal (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke) as per the tender documents. Opening immediately after the deadline at the Department of Water Board Room (see Tender Notice and ITT).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedule, Completed Bill of Quantities, documentary evidence for eligibility/qualifications, Tender Security, Confidential Bidder Questionnaire, self-declarations, and serialized tender pages (see Tender Document).
