PROVISION OF GATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 5 YEARS

Overview

Provision of gate management services for 5 years at SANParks, covering gate admission, revenue collection, CCTV and signage, and related operations at Table Mountain National Park (TMNP) and West Coast National Park (WCNP). Bidders with experience in gate/entry management, cash handling and reconciliation, POS systems, security coordination, and large-scale staff deployment should bid. The contract requires office presence in Cape Town (TMNP) and Saldanha Bay area (WCNP), SAPS clearance for staff, CSD and tax compliance, and ability to provide dedicated teams (Operations Manager, Supervisors, Admission Officers) across sites. Compulsory briefing sessions are scheduled for WCNP and TMNP, with an optional site inspection at Boulders Gate.
