Provision of general cleaning services for Kitui County Referral Hospital and County Health Management Team (CHMT) and bush clearing/maintenance of the CHMT compound, under a two-year service agreement. Open tender targeting qualified cleaning/facility-management providers with hospital sanitation, bush clearing, and related services capabilities for Kitui County.

Requirements

• Valid incorporation/registration certificate
• Current Tax Compliance Certificate (or exemption)
• Valid Business Permit/Licenses
• Completed Tender Form, including Confidential Business Questionnaire and Certificate of Independent Tender Determination
• Site visit declaration for the CHMT site (mandatory); site visit date: 29 July 2026
• Current CR12 certificate and directors’ National IDs
• Include 0.03% Capacity Building Levy as per PPRA Circular No. 01/2024
