Requirements

• Valid ISO 9001 certification (latest revision) for the supplier and, where applicable, sub-suppliers.
• Complete and sign Form A acknowledging Eskom’s supplier quality requirements (ISO 9001 aligned) and submit with tender returnables.
• Submit quality documentation: draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and/or Quality Control Plan (QCP)/Inspection and Test Plan (ITP); sub-supplier CQPs/ITPs as applicable.
• Provide minimum returnable quality documents: ISO 9001 certificate, internal/external audit reports, management review records, and documented quality information.
• Conduct capability and capacity assessments for sub-suppliers prior to award (for high-risk, critical plant, or special processes).
