Overview

The Kenya Development Corporation invites proposals for governance audit consultancy services. This RFP seeks a professional consulting firm to provide governance audit advisory services under QCBS (Quality and Cost Based Selection). Bid teams should have governance, risk, internal control and audit advisory expertise, with Key Experts documented via CVs.

Requirements

• Selection method: QCBS.
• Proposals: separate Technical and Financial proposals; two envelopes (and an outer sealed package) as specified in the ITC.
• Qualifications: English language proposals; valid tax compliance certificate; Key Experts from eligible countries; no conflicts of interest; not debarred by PPRA.
• Key Experts: CVs required; replacements must meet equivalent qualifications if substitutions are needed.
• Subcontracting: allowed only with prior approval; not for the entire assignment without justification.
• Other: no conflicts of interest, anti-corruption declarations, and compliance with Kenyan laws.
