Overview

Provision of grass cutting and garden maintenance services for RBIDZ Phase 1A. Tender is open to contractors with landscaping/garden maintenance capability, who can attend a mandatory on-site briefing, submit on time, and meet minimum functionality. Targeted enterprises include EME/BBBEE Level 1.

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing and site inspection on 12 August 2026 at 11:00; PPE required; entry restricted to those with original tender documents and on-time arrival (see Tender Notice - GARDEN MAINTENANCE AND GRASS CUTTING- Final.pdf).
• Tenders must be sealed, endorsed with the contract number, and deposited in the official Tender box by 27 August 2026 12:00; public opening.
• Evaluation: 60% minimum functionality to proceed to price/preference; overall is 80/20 (price and preference).
• Tender fee: non-refundable R500; payment via Absa (Account 4072219190); proof of payment to tenders@rbidz.co.za.
• Preferences: RBIDZ Preferential Procurement Policy with BBBEE considerations; targeted Enterprises include EME/BBBEE Level 1.
