Overview

Provision of grass cutting services for an 18-month period at Buffeljagsrivier. Swellendam Municipality invites bids from landscaping/grounds-maintenance contractors capable of ongoing grass cutting; no sub-contracting is allowed; submission is via sealed quotation in a municipal box, with 80/20 evaluation and 60-day validity.

Requirements

• No sub-contracting allowed.
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS).
• Submissions on prescribed documents in a sealed envelope.
• Quotation valid for 60 days from closing date.
• Evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement policy; Council may accept any quotation in full or part, not necessarily the lowest.
• Inquiries must be in writing; no inquiries in the last two days before closing.
• Quotation box open 24/7; late or non-delivered quotations will not be considered.
