PROVISION OF H2 COOLERS AND SLIP RING COOLERS CLEANING ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR THE DURATION OF 5 YEARS AT KRIEL POWER STATION.

Overview

Provision of H2 coolers and slip ring cooler cleaning at Kriel Power Station for five years on an as-and-when-required basis. Target bidders are providers of industrial plant maintenance with outage-support capability, ideally with ISO 9001:2015 quality management or proven QMS, CIDB registration, and ability to meet Eskom's integrity and local-content requirements. Tendering is via Eskom eTendering with a submission deadline of 2026-11-30 08:00 and a briefing on 2026-11-06 09:30 (briefing address: VAALPAN ROAD, KRIEL).

Requirements

• ISO 9001:2015-based QMS (or proven QMS in operation) with required documentation including a Quality Plan and ITP/CQP alignment (per 240-105658000).
• Capability to perform H2 cooler and slip ring cooler cleaning during outages/outages, with compliant safety and QA processes.
• CIDB registration appropriate for maintenance/related services and adherence to local-content/PPPFA requirements; completion of returnables and SBD/CPA forms (Annexures A–J, G1–G4 as applicable).
• Compliance with Eskom’s Standard Conditions of Tender and Supplier Integrity Pact; electronic submission via eTendering; readiness to provide a Schedule of Deviations if required.
