Overview

Provision of HVAC maintenance services for Transmission Real Estate, East Grid (KwaZulu Natal) on an as-and-when-required basis, under NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) for 60 months. Suitable for HVAC service providers with substations/real estate portfolio experience in KwaZulu-Natal, CIDB registration, and the ability to meet Eskom/NTCSA SHE, environmental, quality, and procurement requirements. A non‑compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled 02 October 2026 (virtual). Submissions are via Eskom’s e-tendering portal and close 19 October 2026 at 10:00. Requirements

• CIDB registration (contractor grade) and ability to provide required bid documents.
• A robust Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and a Contract Quality Plan (CQP/ITP) aligned to Eskom standards.
• Compliance with Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (SHEQ) requirements, including Eskom SHE specs and Life-Saving Rules.
• Compliance with local content and BBEE requirements; provide relevant certificates and ownership details.
• Tax clearance and SARS verification as part of the bid; returnables include SBDs, local content declarations, and tender returnables.
