Overview

Procurement of high-purity compressed gas and specialty gas equipment and services for SAMRC research sites. The SAMRC seeks certified gas distributors to supply packaged high-purity gas (filled cylinders and rentals) and related equipment/services across Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban, with a 4-month SLA that may be extended. Requirements

• Certification and licenses: SACGA registration, DoEL-aligned gas associations (SACGA, SAQCC, LPGSA, SAGA), SAHPRA where applicable, SANAS accreditation, ISO (where applicable). • Regulatory and statutory compliance: compliance with OHSA, COIDA, NRTA, NERSA Gas Act, NEMA, BCEA, LRA, UIF, and related SANS standards; maintain required insurance; comply with transport of dangerous goods. (RFP 00100223224OR_ Specialty Gas.pdf)
