Overview

The contract is for Provision of hotel accommodation, conference facilities and outside catering services to the County Government of Nyandarua under a two-year framework agreement. (see PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, CONFERENCE FACILITIES AND OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYANDARUA [FRAME WORK AGREEMENT - TWO YEARS]). The framework supports call-offs via purchase orders, with open national participation and renewal subject to performance.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualification in line with ITT and Section III; JV options allowed with full liability among members; no conflicts of interest; compliance with anti-corruption rules; debarment checks.
• Tender security of 100,000 Kenyan Shillings (or tender-secured declaration) required; bids must be serially paginated.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security, evidence of qualifications and eligibility, Joint Venture documentation if applicable, and conformity evidence (conformity with the tender document).
• Compliance: adherence to PPRA rules, tax compliance (valid tax clearance), and declarations on independence and Fraud/Corruption.
• Local content: foreign bidders must meet 40% national content in inputs (if applicable per ITT 4.10/4.12).

How to Apply

• Deadline: Completed tenders must be delivered by 14 August 2026 at 11:00 (as per the Invitation to Tender). (see PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION...).
• Submission method: Physical delivery to the County Government of Nyandarua, Supply Chain Management Office, Ol Kalou; tenders opened publicly at the reception area.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender with authorization, price schedule, Tender Security or declaration, JV agreements if any, eligibility and qualifications evidence, conformity documents, and any addenda acknowledgments.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: Tax compliance and supplier eligibility as per ITT; PPRA debarment status checked; JV arrangements if applicable.
• Briefing/site visit: If scheduled, details (date/venue/mandatory status) will be in the TDS; site visits/clarifications may be requested in writing.
