Overview

Open National Framework Agreement for PROVISION OF HOTEL, ACCOMODATION AND CONFERENCE SERVICES by the Bungoma County Government; hotel/hospitality operators with capacity to provide lodging and conference facilities should bid. Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti-corruption declarations; not debarred; no collusive practices; include Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility and qualifications: complete Form of Tender; provide required evidence (e.g., tax clearance; Manufacturer Authorization if applicable; JV arrangements if a joint venture is used).
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration; validity aligned to tender period (and extendable per ITT).
• Tender documents to be English; serialize all pages; submit as prescribed with all attachments.
• Pricing: all items/lots priced separately; prices fixed for contract duration unless TDS allows adjustments.
• Evaluation readiness: demonstrate conformance to technical requirements in the Schedule of Requirements; provide any requested spare parts, maintenance, and service capabilities.
• Period of validity of tenders as specified in the TDS; standstill and procurement rights apply.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents free of charge from the County website (www.bungoma.go.ke) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (tenders.go.ke) per the INVITATION TO TENDER. See PROVISION OF HOTEL, ACCOMODATION AND CONFERENCE SERVICES.
• Prepare and serialize all pages; complete Form of Tender and Price Schedules; prepare Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; assemble JV documents if applicable; secure any required manufacturer authorizations.
• Submit in hard copy to the Chief Officer Finance, County Government of Bungoma (Tender Box outside Supply Chain Management Office) by 28 July 2026 at 10:00; late tenders will be rejected.
