Overview

Provision of Hydrocarbon Spill Management, Sewage Waste Removal and Oil Dam Cleaning Services for NTCSA Apollo & Centralized Services on an “AS AND WHEN REQUIRED” basis for a period of sixty (60) months. This tender targets environmental/hazardous-waste service providers with spill response, sewage waste removal and oil dam cleaning capabilities. Suitable bidders typically have NEC3/NEC-based contract experience, ISO 9001 QMS, robust SHEQ/OSH capabilities, CIDB registration, and compliance with local-content, tax, and supplier-returnable requirements (see Invitation to Tender).

Requirements

• NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) framework (Part C1–C3 data) and contract data as awarded (see NEC Hydrocarbon.pdf).
• Quality management: ISO 9001-based QMS; must implement Supplier Quality Management with a Quality Plan and ITP/QCP requirements (see 240-105658000; 240-109253302).
• Health and safety: full OHS Act compliance; appointed safety roles; baseline risk assessments; medicals; COID; Life Saving Rules; Annexure B (Appointments & Competencies) and Annexure D SHE Plan (see OHS Spec and Annexures).
• Environmental compliance: adherence to Eskom SHEQ and environmental requirements; EMS documentation and risk controls (see 240-105658000 and Annexures).
• CIDB and local content: CIDB registration; Local Content declarations; SBDs (1, 6.2, etc.); tax compliance requirements (see Annexures in ITT 559-235050781 Rev 3).
• Tender documentation: complete returnables (PDF tender, price list in Excel, Authorisation Form, Integrity Declaration, Local Content declarations, SBDs, tax certificates) and BOQ-based pricing (see Annexure list and BOQ).
