Provision of hygiene services and consumables for a period of 24 months to Mkhondo Local Municipality. Requirements

• Tax compliance: submit SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS) or equivalent.
• Central Supplier Database: full CSD registration report not older than 1 month from closing.
• Municipal accounts: current municipal accounts for bidder and each director/member not in arrears >90 days (or valid lease if applicable).
• Compulsory documents: complete all MBD forms and provide a valid Letter of Authority to sign on behalf of the company.
• Company credentials: certified copies of company registration, IDs of directors, and proof of residency where applicable; proof of registration with recognized professional bodies.
• Central documents: returnable schedules (e.g., Schedule 1–4, 6–8) and Schedule of Tenderer’s Experience.
• Delivery and integrity rules: bids must be on the issued documents, in black permanent ink, and submitted in a sealed envelope to the MLM bid box.
• Compliance framework: tender follows CIDB standard conditions, Preferential Procurement Act 5 of 2000 and 2022 regulations; 80/20 price and preference point system; minimum functionality threshold (60/100) to progress.
