Procurement of hygiene services for public transport facilities ablutions in the Southern Region of the eThekwini Municipality. • Registrations: be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider (MAAA number per party if in a joint venture).
• Tax/compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT status if applicable.
• Municipal fees: declare municipal rates/fees paid or acknowledged debt; include relevant account details.
• Returnable documents: complete MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; sign Official Tender Form; provide Authority of Signatory; Joint Venture agreements if applicable; proof of B-BBEE where required.
• Specific goals: ownership/race targets (e.g., Black ownership) and RDP-related goals with associated points; provide documentary proof (MBD 6.1).
• Delivery/price: price to include delivery to the delivery point; a firm contract price for the contract duration; adherence to the tender’s evaluation framework (price + preferences).
