Overview

Provision of ICT desktop support services for a period of 3 years. City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality seeks a vendor to provide ICT desktop support under a 3-year open tender via the SAP Ariba e-tender portal. Preference points 90/10; advert period 30 days. Requirements

• Demonstrated ICT desktop support capability with SLA-based delivery
• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Respond via SAP Ariba; provide one supplementary hard copy deposited in the tender box
• Mandatory briefing session attendance
• Tender validity: 90 days after closing date
