Requirements

• Demonstrated capability delivering ICT-focused research/advisory with strategic and execution support.
• Independent, supplier-neutral advisor with a dedicated account manager, SME panel access, 1:1 expert access, and transferable tools/templates; hybrid engagement.
• Compliance and governance: confidentiality, possible site visits, background checks, CSD registration, tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD), BBBEE evidence to claim specific goals.
• Scope readiness: ability to provide subscription-based services across COBIT/IT governance, data governance, cloud/infra, cybersecurity, change management, benefits realization, and vendor/supplier management.
